Job Title: Marketing Coordinator (Temp-to-Perm)
Position Overview:
- Type: Temp-to-Perm (3-6 month transition period)
- Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 annually (upon permanent hire)
- Hourly Rate: $25 - $27/hour (during temp period)
- Schedule: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (on-site, no remote work)
- Experience: 2-5 years preferred; real estate/mortgage experience is a plus but not required
- Education: College degree is beneficial but not required

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic design and social media management experience
- Proficient with basic computer tasks (no advanced coding or technical skills required)
Responsibilities:
Marketing Duties:
- Social Media Management: Oversee Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and loan officer/company pages.
- Design: Create compliant advertisements, web banners, and print materials (postcards, flyers, banners). Coordinate with external printing services.
- Email Marketing: Manage campaigns using platforms such as Top of Mind Surefire and Mailchimp.
- Event Coordination: Organize incentive trips, lunch & learns, and other marketing events for loan officers and realtors.
- Video Production: Capture and edit short commercials and speeches for online events.
- Website Management: Update content on the company website, including loan officer pages and custom URLs via WordPress.
- Customer Reviews: Monitor and manage reviews on Google, Zillow, Trustpilot, and Yelp via Mailchimp.
Administrative Duties:
- Platform Administration: Set up and manage user accounts on platforms like Top of Mind Surefire, Blend, Smartfees, MMI, and Encompass.
- Assistant Support: Coordinate schedules, handle purchases, and provide creative and personal assistance to senior staff.
- Office Coordination: Order office supplies, flowers, and marketing materials; maintain banner printer. Organize weekly office lunches and employee gifts.
- Design Projects: Supervise office renovations, choose finishes, and manage signage and exterior displays.
- Miscellaneous: Reformat borrower documents, arrange Zoom meetings, coordinate surveys and training sessions, and handle various errands.
