Refrigeration Technician

Job Details: 

• Experience Required: Minimum two years, preference for senior technicians 

• Preferred Certifications (Not Required): 

  • EPA 608 License

  • Master Refrigeration License 

• Work Schedule: 

  • Office hours: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM 

  • Technicians may need to arrive at job sites as early as 6:30 or 7:00 AM 

  • Hours may vary depending on job requirements 

• Travel: Technicians will travel to multiple job sites per week 

Compensation & Benefits: 

• Hourly Rate: $22 - $60 per hour, based on experience 

  • Candidates with senior level experience may be eligible for higher pay 

• Paid Time Off: 

  • Five sick days 

  • Five personal days 

  • Vacation time accrues over tenure 

• Health Insurance: 

  • Available after permanent hire 

  • Company covers 50% of a personal policy 

• Retirement Plan: 

  • Roth IRA with a 3% company match 

• Probation Period: 60 days

Ideal Candidate: 

• Reliability is essential – no late arrivals, no-shows, or call-offs 

• Must have a valid driver’s license 

• No DUIs or drug-related issues 

• Strong work ethic and professionalism 

• Comfortable with traveling between job sites 

• Must speak fluent English
