Commercial HVAC/Refrigeration Service Technician (up to $175,000)

Job Description

Ross Company, Inc. is a busy, family owned commercial Refrigeration & HVAC business in Haverhill, MA.

We are seeking an experienced and EPA Universal Certified Refrigeration/HVAC Service Tech or Lead Tech.

• Lead Refrigeration/HVAC Service Tech - 5 years min. of solo experience
• Refrigeration/HVAC Service Tech - 3 years min. of experience
  
  

You will use your skills in the installation, maintenance, and repair of refrigeration and HVAC systems. You will troubleshoot issues, perform preventative maintenance, and repair and start up equipment.

Wages will be determined based on experience and qualifications, ranging up to $175,000/year.

• Get paid weekly for all hours worked (including travel)
• Paid holiday, sick AND vacation time, plus on-call bonuses during your 1 weekend a month rotation
• Generous health and dental insurance, Company contribution is 80% of premium

A valid driver's license with clean driving record required. Plus a willingness and capacity to work after hours as needed, rotating weekends on-call (once a month), and some public holidays to ensure 24 hour Refrigeration and HVAC coverage.
