The HR & Payroll Manager will manage payroll and HR administrative tasks for salaried and hourly employees. This includes overseeing payroll processing, employee relations, policy management, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. You will also lead a team to support day-to-day payroll operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage payroll for multiple facilities using Paylocity (required) and SAP (helpful).
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll updates, including changes to pay, new hires, and terminations.
- Handle employee relations, including grievance meetings, promotions, and terminations.
- Provide HR support on policy updates and compensation programs.
- Lead and supervise the payroll team to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with year-end reporting and audits (W-2, ACA).
- Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and payroll regulations.
- 8 years of experience in HR and payroll management.
- 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in Paylocity for payroll and HRIS management.
- Familiarity with SAP for reporting.
- Strong understanding of payroll processing, garnishments, taxes, and labor laws.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
