We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Insurance Receivables Specialist to join our team! This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of financial processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. The Accounts Receivables Specialist will play a key role in managing and processing insurance-related transactions while supporting ongoing process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison between the company and its Tier 1/OEM customers, ensuring seamless communication between purchasing, engineering, and manufacturing teams.
- Provide technical sales support, integrating application engineering to deliver cost-effective solutions.
- Expand business influence from purchasing to engineering, quality, and executive-level contacts.
- Own the customer relationship—from initial engagement to program launch and beyond.
- Lead negotiations, develop sales strategies, and support new business development initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Technical Engineering Degree
- Experience with Program Launch to support after launch
- Minimum 1-year of experience as an Application Engineer, Program Manager, or Account Manager supplying to automotive customers
- Bearing Experience
- Powertrain Experience
