We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Insurance Receivables Specialist to join our team! This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of financial processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. The Accounts Receivables Specialist will play a key role in managing and processing insurance-related transactions while supporting ongoing process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison for quality concerns, ensuring effective and timely communication when plant Quality Concern Notifications are issued.
- Present issue resolution status to plant management teams and collaborate closely with the Quality department.
- Assist Incoming Quality teams in investigating emerging concerns, ensuring defective parts are returned and delivered correctly.
- Monitor and verify the use of certified stock on the production line while ensuring suspect stock is quarantined or returned to the supplier.
- Participate in supplier visits and cross-functional team meetings, including daily plant quality meetings and bi-weekly top supplier meetings.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related STEM discipline.
- Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience troubleshooting wiring harness issues and knowledge of vehicle electrical structures.
- Wire harness experience.
