Responsibilities:
- Collect, verify, and analyze large datasets for accuracy and discrepancies
- Develop PowerPoint presentations and reports for leadership review to have findings presented to CEO, CFO, and global leadership
- Organize and reconcile client Purchase Orders with part/price files
- Track and monitor supplier recovery progress, including tool assessments and production capacity updates
- Work with the OEMs, suppliers, and internal teams to consolidate and update critical reports
- Assist in supply chain stabilization efforts by securing alternative suppliers and tracking production readiness
- Utilize Excel, and a B2B customer software to structure and present data
- Focused on numbers and data management (no client interaction)
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, data structuring)
- Experience in data manipulation, reporting, and presentation development
- Analytical mindset with experience handling large datasets
- Understanding of supply chain, procurement, and MRP systems is a plus
- Background in Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or Data Management beneficial
- 3 years of experience in data analysis or related roles
