Key Responsibilities:
- Approve timecards and process payroll for 500 employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Manage bi-weekly payroll processing for both salaried and hourly team members
- Calculate and distribute bonuses and commissions for mortgage employees
- Process payroll exclusively for Michigan-based employees, eliminating multistate complexities
- Utilize ADP for payroll processing, including direct deposit and check printing
- Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll, with support from the HR Manager
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant experience.
- 3 years in processing Payroll
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Preferred: Payroll through ADP or Paylocity
