As the Security Technical Project Manager, you will oversee all essential project tasks, ensure the quality of deliverables, and maintain direct coordination with clients, corporate leadership, and system stakeholders.
The Senior IT Security Technical Project Manager leverages advanced architectural knowledge to design, develop, and implement network security tools and infrastructure. This includes Active Directory monitoring, intrusion prevention systems, security information and event management, and vulnerability management systems. You will also provide guidance and recommendations on IT security policies and controls.
Job Description:
- Create status reports and provide briefings to both client and corporate management
- Plan, execute, and monitor IT security projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
- Serve as the primary author for RMF A&A documents, including but not limited to the System Security Plan, Privacy Threshold Analysis, Privacy Impact Assessment, Contingency Plan, Configuration Management Plan, and Incident Response Plan.
- Provide tactical and strategic guidance to enhance organizational security programs.
- Offer security design and impact analysis for enterprise operations and solutions.
- Coordinate and communicate with system stakeholders to complete all aspects of the A&A process.
- Understand and articulate the security architecture of systems and their integration with the enterprise security stack.
Required Skills:
- Over 7 years of technical experience in IT security and application projects
- Vulnerability Management experience
- Extensive experience (7 years) in maintaining IT security policies, processes, and guidance.
- Proven leadership skills with experience leading small teams and engaging with client leadership.
- Large-scale implementation experience
- Experience managing application development IT Projecs
