We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Implementation Project Manager to join our clients team. We are looking for a hands-on, self-starter, and team player with strong technical and interpersonal skills. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively collaborate with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders to drive successful ServiceNow implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
- Collaborate closely with third-party vendors, challenging assumptions and solutions as needed to ensure the highest quality delivery.
- Manage multiple projects, including RFPs, contract and scope development, infrastructure upgrades, application enhancements, and COTS/vendor application implementations with complex integrations.
- Utilize Agile project management methodology to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Facilitate effective communication across cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive consensus and manage expectations.
- Advocate for change, clearly communicate project value, and navigate varying viewpoints to build stakeholder consensus.
Must-Have Requirements:
- 5 years in a Project Manager role with ServiceNow implementation experience.
- Must have worked on ServiceNow implementation using a third-party vendor.
- Strong vendor management skills to challenge and collaborate effectively with the implementation team.
- Experience writing RFPs is a bonus
