Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced, 5 years, Project Manager with a focus on the implementation of ServiceNow to join our Application & Client Services team. This role will involve a variety of projects, including RFPs, contract and scope development, infrastructure upgrades, application enhancements, and the implementation of COTS/vendor applications with multiple integrations. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, hands-on, and a strong team player with both technical expertise and excellent interpersonal skills. The candidate should have experience managing projects in an agile environment and possess a high-level understanding of project management methodology, web application programming, content management systems, APIs, databases, and system design.

Location: Hybrid (Remote candidates considered based on qualifications)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a variety of projects, including RFPs, contract/scope development, infrastructure upgrades, and implementation of COTS/vendor applications with multiple integrations.
- Lead and manage projects through the full project lifecycle, utilizing agile methodologies.
- Work under supervision to identify and implement the technical approach for each project.
- Provide guidance and support to cross-functional teams and interact effectively with developers, product owners, and subject matter experts.
- Advocate for change and communicate the value of projects, while managing differing viewpoints and building consensus.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet deadlines and align IT solutions with business initiatives.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Maintain detailed project documentation and ensure adherence to project management processes and best practices.
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in project management with a focus on ServiceNow implementation.
- Experience managing various types of projects including RFPs, infrastructure upgrades, application enhancements, and new development.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, web application programming, content management systems, APIs, databases, and system design.
- Experience with agile methodologies and ServiceNow implementations.
- Strong technical skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally with diverse groups including developers, product owners, and subject matter experts.
- Ability to advocate for change, manage individual viewpoints, and build consensus.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software including CA Clarity Portfolio Management, MS Project, Azure DevOps, MS Visio, Microsoft 365 Services, SharePoint Online, MS Teams, and ServiceNow.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Local candidates preferred for hybrid work environment, though remote-only candidates will be considered based on qualifications.

Salary : $50 - $55
