We seek a detail-oriented QA Analyst with HRIS experience to join our team. This role focuses on testing HR platforms such as Oracle HCM, Greenhouse ATS, and other ERP / HRIS systems such as Workday, SAP, or PeopleSoft. The ideal candidate has a strong background in manual testing with some exposure to automation and a deep understanding of HRIS workflows and terminology.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute test plans and test cases for Oracle HCM and other HRIS platforms.
- Conduct manual testing with a focus on regression testing and quarterly Oracle upgrade testing.
- Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate testing tools.
- Collaborate with developers, HRIS admins, and product managers to ensure high-quality releases.
- Assist in the development of automated test scripts to enhance testing efficiency.
- Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to refine QA processes.
- Perform additional responsibilities as needed to support the QA function.
