We are seeking an HRIS Analyst to join our team in Livonia, Michigan. In this role, you will be crucial in ensuring the seamless integration of our HRIS with other systems such as finance and payroll software. Your strong understanding of HR compliance will be key in translating business needs into system configurations for our global payroll environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead the integration of HRIS (Workday) with other systems (Dimensions Kronos), ensuring data integrity and accuracy during system migration and integration processes.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to identify system requirements and business needs.
- Configure and maintain HRIS to support HR processes, including payroll, benefits, and employee data management.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize HRIS functionality and improve user experience.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for HRIS-related issues.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance with HR policies and regulations.
- Train HR staff and end-users on HRIS functionalities and best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in HRIS technology.
- Lead projects related to HRIS analysis and integration.
- Utilize your detail-oriented skills to manage payroll processes.
- Proven experience in HRIS Analysis
- Proficiency in using Kronos and UKG Ready software
- Demonstrated skills in auditing HR data and systems
- Certification as a 'Detail Oriented' in Payroll (CPP) is highly desirable
- Strong ability to develop strategic plans for HRIS implementation and improvement
- Experienced in creating and implementing integration strategies
- Knowledge in process integration and technology integrations within HRIS
- Solid background in project management
- Demonstrated ability to work on multiple tasks and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
