Blue & Co., LLC is currently seeking a Payroll Manager to join our corporate headquarters located in Carmel, Indiana. As our payroll expert, you will be responsible for all payroll functions for our professional services firm of over 500 employees.

Responsibilities :

• Perform all daily payroll department operations; must be proficient with payroll systems.
• Process Semi-monthly payroll, including administration of employee self-service maintenance, bonus payments, PTO accruals, 401k reporting and calculating retroactive benefit premium deductions
• Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely.
• Review payroll for accuracy and completeness prior to transmission.
• Solid understanding of tax jurisdiction requirements preferred.
• Process correct garnishment calculations, HSA, and flexible spending in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
• Create ADP Custom Reports, including advanced reporting using derived and coded fields
