Key Responsibilities
· Develop and maintain relationships with property managers, maintenance directors, supervisors, and asset managers in the multi-family industry.
· Identify new business opportunities within SCAA and SEFAA Apartment Association territories.
· Sell construction, renovation, capital improvement, and maintenance services to both new and existing clients.
· Manage a regional territory, ensuring consistent outreach and follow-up with decision-makers.
· Attend networking events, industry functions, and client meetings, including some after-hours commitments.
· Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and sales activities in a CRM system.
· Present proposals and negotiate contracts that align with client needs and company objectives.
· Work independently to meet or exceed sales targets, with a focus on long-term client retention.

Qualifications & Experience
· Minimum 1 year of experience in BOTH construction and sales within the multi-family industry.
· Strong understanding of small and large construction projects, including renovations, capital improvements, and maintenance.
· Proven sales and business development skills, including contract negotiation and relationship-building.
· Ability to travel within the assigned territory and attend industry events.
· Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with property staff, owners, and construction teams.
· Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and follow up consistently.
· Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking software.
· Must have reliable transportation (car package and reimbursement available).
