We’re looking for a skilled General Manager to lead operations, drive growth, and build a high-performing team in the HVAC industry. This role requires a strong leader to oversee operations, financial planning, staff development, and strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership:
Manage P&L, implement strategies to optimize customer satisfaction, and ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.

Team Development:
Recruit, train, and mentor employees while fostering a collaborative, value-driven culture.

Customer Relations:
Drive customer engagement, improve satisfaction, and instill a sales-focused mindset across the team.

Financial Oversight:
Monitor budgets, control costs, and provide regular financial reports to ensure profitability.

Marketing & Sales:
Develop marketing plans, explore new business opportunities, and build partnerships with local stakeholders.

Compliance & Safety:
Maintain licensing and permitting compliance while upholding safety standards.
Requirements:

Experience:
- 8 years in HVAC or residential services, with 4 years in a leadership role.
- Proven success in P&L management, team development, and achieving revenue targets.
- Experience with ServiceTitan preferred.

Licenses & Certifications:
- Active Class I HVAC license (Class II preferred).
- EPA Section 608 Universal Certification.
- NATE certification is a plus.

Other:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
