Are you an experienced HVAC Service Manager looking for a leadership opportunity with a growing, well-established company? We are seeking a driven and organized professional to oversee 17 service technicians and manage both commercial and residential HVAC service operations in Kingman, AZ.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 17 HVAC service technicians to ensure high performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee day-to-day commercial and residential HVAC service operations, ensuring timely and high-quality work.
- Develop and implement service strategies, procedures, and best practices to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
- Monitor and analyze service department performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety protocols, and company standards.
- Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and retaining top HVAC talent.
- Manage service schedules, technician assignments, and customer expectations to maximize productivity.
- Foster a customer-first culture, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and revenue goals to drive department success.
- Work with sales teams to identify new business opportunities and expand service offerings.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of HVAC leadership experience (Service Manager, Lead Technician, or similar).
- Strong background in commercial and residential HVAC service operations.
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
- Solid understanding of budgeting, scheduling, and performance metrics in an HVAC service department.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of local HVAC codes, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- EPA certification required; NATE certification preferred.
