Lining Operations Manager
The Lining Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of epoxy lining projects. Minimum Qualifications
Requirements:

- Proven leadership experience in managing field teams and operational workflows.
- Strong knowledge of epoxy lining techniques, materials, tools, and equipment.
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety compliance requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with strong organizational abilities and project management expertise.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments or teams.
- Proficiency in project management software as well as basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- A valid driver’s license with the ability to travel as needed for job site visits.
