Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Technician to join our team at Blue Collar Services. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing installations and maintenance on LP gas systems, including setting tanks and installing piping, for residential, commercial, and industrial systems. Your expertise in troubleshooting and repairing propane systems and certain appliances will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' facilities.
Occasionally, you may be required to deliver LP fuel to customers at residential and commercial locations. You must be able to work safely and efficiently, adhering to safety codes and policies, including the servicing and repair of company vehicles. Providing superior customer service skills is also a key aspect of this role, as you will be interacting with clients on a daily basis.
To excel in this position, you should have excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. Additionally, you must be willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions and be physically fit to lift and carry up to 75 pounds. A Class B CDL with Hazardous Materials (H) and Tank Vehicle (N) Endorsements or an (X) Tank/HazMat Combined Endorsement with no exclusions for Air Brakes is required, along with a G-2 Journeyperson's License or G-1 Contractor's License.
