Compensation : $90,000 - $120,000 / year bonuses and potential profit-sharing

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership and Management : Oversee daily operations, including fieldwork, project scheduling, and staff management.
• Strategic Growth : Develop and execute business strategies to achieve company goals and profitability.
• License Holder Responsibilities : Ensure all work complies with Tennessee state regulations and HVAC licensing requirements.
• Team Building : Recruit, train, and mentor a team of HVAC technicians and support staff.
• Customer Service : Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
• Financial Oversight : Manage budgets, track expenses, and monitor key performance metrics.
• Field Work : Assist with HVAC installations, maintenance, and repairs during the start-up phase as needed.
• Safety and Compliance : Enforce safety protocols and ensure adherence to local codes and standards.
