Hiring for HVAC General Manager

Pasadena, CA

Salary : $105k-$125k Bonuses; Equity Opportunity!!

We're looking for a hands-on General Manager to join our team, help us scale, and establish our brand as a leader in the industry.

Requirements :

At least 7-10 years of HVAC experience, strong residential experience preferred
Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating teams
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, operations, and industry best practices
Proven ability to manage a budget, analyze financial reports, and drive business growth
Ability to handle customer relations
Proficiency in Service Titan is a plus

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee day-to-day operations with the ability to wear multiple hats

Manage, train, and develop a team of HVAC technicians and support staff.

Implement and manage staff in doing things the One Hour franchise way

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety and employment laws

Must understand how to read a balance sheet, income statement, and manage cashflow

Set revenue targets and develop strategies for business growth

Oversee pricing strategies and cost estimates for services and contracts

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through online reviews

Recruit, train, retain and mentor HVAC technicians and support staff

Conduct performance reviews with all staff by setting KPIs and setting clear goals / expectations

Schedule trainings for staff both through the programs offered through the franchise and externally

Compensation : $105,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year

Salary : $105,000 - $125,000
