Compensation : $35 / HR, Bonuses

Benefits :

Responsibilities :

Oversee and manage residential construction projects

Coordinate and supervise daily job site activities

Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members

Perform carpentry, flooring, and remodeling tasks as needed

Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Requirements :

5 years of residential construction and management experience

Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Strong leadership and communication skills

Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
