Compensation
$30.11 - $35.80
Non-exempt Grade 14

The compensation range for this role is a good faith estimate, it is estimated based on what a successful candidate might be paid. The range may vary above or below the stated amounts.
What you'll do
- Facilitates face-to-face and live virtual workshops.
- Develops activities and resources to support facilitated learning.
- Stays current in learning and development and employee experience trends to recommend content aligning to organizational culture and employee needs.
- Contributes to the planning and execution of WFLD special events.
- Collaborates with cross-departmental subject matter experts to design and deliver tailored learning experiences.
- Supports WFLD program participants to ensure a positive experience
What you need
- High School Diploma required
- 1-2 years facilitation experience required
- In lieu of experience:
Minimum three years' experience with BCBSKS and completion of a WFLD program including Operations Academy, Discovery, Exploration, Quest, or Compass.
- Facilitation: Dynamic, adaptable, engaging in front of live and virtual audiences
- Professionalism: Authentic and authoritative presence while public speaking
- Plans and Aligns: Connecting content to employee needs, prioritizing work in alignment with departmental priorities
- Collaboration: Welcomes feedback with a developmental mindset, seeks input from subject matter experts
- Decision quality: Confidently recommends resources for employees, selects and designs relevant and meaningful experiences for participants

Role splits time between live facilitation and collaboration with team and cross-departmental stakeholders:
- In-person facilitation requires on-site attendance (Topeka campus and potential travel to Kansas-based field offices)
- Virtual facilitation requires 3-5 hours of on-screen engagement.
- Collaboration is a combination of on-site and virtual meetings.
