Why this job matters:
Provide administrative support by supporting our goal of improving provider data accuracy.
What you will do:
Conduct outbound calls to providers to verify the accuracy of their provider data. This includes capturing call document in an Access Database as well as preparing updates for completion.
Participate in provider education meetings to implement our self-service provider portal for the attestation and capture of provider data.
Coordinate and create provider mailings as applicable.
Prepare spreadsheets, reports, presentations, and other materials.
Complete special projects, tasks, and assignments under general direction.
Conduct research on various policies, practices, and topics.
Perform other duties as assigned.
What you need to succeed:
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, and Word
Computer navigation skills
Written and verbal communications skills
Time management skills
Ability to collect and organize data
Ability to work independently
Ability to meet established time and quality standards
Ability to exercise sound judgment
