What We're Looking For:
We're on the hunt for a driven, passionate individual to join our team as a Product Sales Advisor. In this full-time, on-site role at our headquarters in the Fountain City area of Knoxville, TN, you'll become a trusted business advisor and product expert, growing territory sales and building long-term relationships with our customers. Your mission? To coach, advise, and deliver top-notch service, ensuring our customers see you as an invaluable asset to their business.
What you Will Do:
- Build strong relationships with customers, from their service departments to management and owners, working closely with our Outside Territory Managers and Customer Success Team.
- Collaborate and support: Manage quote follow-ups, and ensure smooth delivery of orders.
- Utilize tech tools: Work proficiently with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other applications, with Salesforce experience as a plus.
- Communicate effectively—both written and oral—while maintaining strong attention to detail and providing excellent follow-up.
