Blue Diamond Industries is in search of a Recruiter for its Clinton, SC plant. This role is a temporary or contract position that will assist the HR department with personnel-related administrative tasks.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle all functions of the hiring process, including recruitment and interviews.
- Screen applicants and conduct interviews.
- Help with new hire procedures, including organizing drug screens, performing orientation, and ensuring that all paperwork is completed correctly.
- Support special projects and activities as they arise.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with hiring managers.
- Maintain spreadsheets to be current and up to date.
- Answering the phones and managing the employee entrance door.
- Some HR Generalist duties as assigned by management.
- Other duties as assigned by management.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
Physical Requirements, with or without accommodation:
- Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands to type, write, drive or use tools; reach with hands and arms, talk and hear.
- Must be able to occasionally lift, push and pull 15-25 lbs.
