We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various environments, ensuring that all areas meet high standards of hygiene and presentation. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough daily interior and exterior cleaning of fleet vehicles.
- Drive to various locations to deliver vehicles to guests.
- Maintain car detailing supplies and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly.
- Execute car wash duties when necessary, ensuring vehicles are cleaned to the highest standards.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures while performing cleaning tasks to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in custodial or cleaning roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas needing improvement.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to drive and possess a valid driver's license is a plus.
- Familiarity with window tinting techniques is desirable but not essential; training will be provided.
- Capability to perform physical tasks such as lifting 50 lbs, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- A proactive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in all assigned areas.
