Additionally, our technicians work closely with other manufacturers. We provide parts and service for almost any car wash equipment on the market.

Job Summary: A Service Coordinator is responsible for managing and organizing service delivery for clients or customers. They act as a liaison between clients, service providers, and internal teams to ensure that services are delivered effectively and efficiently.

What you'll do as a Service Coordinator:

• Coordinate and schedule services for clients based on their needs and availability.
• Communicate with clients and service providers to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of services provided.
• Monitor service progress and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Address and resolve any service-related issues or complaints.
• Work with internal teams to allocate resources effectively.
• Provide clients with information on available services, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications of a Service Coordinator:

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience in customer service or related field is preferred.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
