Inside Sales Representative

Family owned and operated for over 30 years, we have delivered high quality customer service and products to a variety of clients, such as New Balance, Shipyard Brewing Company, Life is Good and University of New Hampshire, just to name a few.

We are dedicated to providing our employees with a team environment that allows them to feel part of the success of the company. We are now looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team.

Job Summary

Support growth and retention of all accounts by developing relationships with current accounts and developing new accounts through direct sales activities. This will include assigned prospects, working from lists, assigned accounts, and marketing leads through calling, email and in person.

Process all customer inquiries, quotations and orders as received. Confirm pricing, quantities, and delivery requirements with the customer. Interface with sales management, graphic design, production and accounting to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Primary Duties

• Work with existing and new customers in person, on the phone and email to introduce our company capabilities.
• Prospecting
• Determine customer requirements and timelines to match company capabilities.
• Follow-up with new or existing customer inquiries on various marketing campaigns.
• Maintain customer reporting system and other sales reports.
• Achieve and maintain rapport with customers.
• Receive all incoming inquiries, requests for quotes and orders from customers.
• Call on customers weekly to confirm experience or to ensure customer needs have been met.

Job Requirements

• Education - Associate degree in business or marketing preferred.
• Experience - 3 to 5 years in sales or customer service in the promotional industry or related industries preferred.
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must be proficient in M/S: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Adobe Illustrator, Shopworks, and general CRM experience preferred.
• Must be a self-starter and handle a variety of tasks simultaneously.

Compensation and other considerations

• Starting rate from $17.50 to $24.00 depending on experience.
• Benefits: HRA (Health Reimbursement) and Dental insurance, STD/Life/AD&D insurance, paid vacation & sick time and 401K program with 4% company match.
