Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy to drive business growth
Lead a team of product managers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products
Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitive landscape
Define product roadmap and prioritize features based on customer feedback and business objectives
Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure timely delivery of product releases
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and support business development efforts
Partner with customers to gather feedback and incorporate it into the product development process
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the software industry
Proven track record of launching and managing successful software products
Deep understanding of the finance industry and market trends
Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively manage a team
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
