Join a team of leaders (CTO, CISO, Head of Research) and skilled experts (R&D, Infrastructure, and Security Engineers) to build the leading blockchain wallet infrastructure for the next financial era. Were seeking a Head of Product to enhance client experiences, create new product ideas, and develop PMF strategies. This role requires leading diverse teams across engineering and marketing, demanding both technical expertise and strong business acumen. With a proven ability to manage the entire product lifecyclefrom concept to launchyoull thrive in this role if you are a strategic thinker and market analyst. As Head of Product, you are the products visionary and advocate, shaping its vision, design, development, and go-to-market plan. Your mission is to deliver impactful, scalable products on time and with measurable success .

Responsibilities

  • Communicate the big picture to your team, prioritize tasks on the product roadmap, and ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Be a source of ideas for all product-related matters.
  • Represent the company as a product evangelist at public events.
  • Develop a product vision and strategy that aligns with customer needs and growth.
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle, from design to launch.
  • Define roadmaps that align with feasibility, time, cost, strategy, and impact.
  • Lead the product team by hiring, mentoring, and fostering a client-focused culture.
  • Implement scalable processes and methods for product development.
  • Develop metrics and KPIs to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct user research, market trends analysis, and partnerships to evaluate ROI.
  • Write and maintain both internal and external product documentation.
  • Facilitate communication and knowledge-sharing across teams.
  • Test new product ideas to foster innovation within the team.
  • Work with the CMO and marketing team to execute product launches.
  • Partner with the CTO and product team to turn feedback into new features.
  • Collaborate with the CISO to integrate security processes into specs and workflows.
  • Evaluate competitors to identify opportunities for differentiation.
  • Stay updated on crypto and blockchain developments to guide strategic decisions.
  • Participate in client meetings to gain insights for improving the product, and pitch it.

Requirements

  • 10 years of experience as a PM, Head of Product or a similar leadership role.
  • Demonstrated success in managing the full product development lifecycle, scaling API-first platforms, and building products that drive significant revenue growth.
  • Proven success in developing developer tools, cybersecurity software, and APIs.
  • Good understanding of blockchain technology and public key cryptography.
  • Hands-on experience in financial industries (e.g., banking, payments, trading).
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements in crypto, financial services, and global markets.
  • Deep experience in data-driven decision-making, leveraging analytics to optimize product performance and measure success.
  • History of building and leading high-performing product teams.
  • Knowledge of how to drive both better user experiences and developer experiences.
  • Skilled at building strong customer relationships.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Outstanding writing, presentation, and public speaking skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the adaptability to pivot and innovate in a rapidly evolving market, balancing customer needs with business priorities.
  • Decisive under pressure and in uncertain situations.
  • Personal experience in trading or using cryptocurrencies via a personal wallet is a bonus, along with deep knowledge of crypto custody and its applications.

    • Compensation & Package

  • Salary : $220,000-260,000 per year (full-time work contract).
  • Equity : 900-1,200 stock options (i.e., 0.3-0.4%) vested over 4 years.
  • Location : Eastern US (fully remote with optional access to office)
  • Equipment : MacBook Pro and other work essentials.

    1  Hiring Manager Interview

  • Intro call with Co-CEO (30 min).

    • 2  Behavioral Interview

  • Personality and cognitive tests.

    • 3  Group Interview

  • Focus interview with hiring panel (90 min).
  • Following this :

    • Reference calls and background checks.

    Board Approval needed.

    Remote - Based in ET timezone

    Salary : $220,000 - $260,000
