Yard/Maintenance Worker

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Yard Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the yard and surrounding areas, ensuring a clean and safe environment. This position requires a combination of physical labor, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Fill propane cylinders and trucks
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the yard and surrounding areas by performing regular cleaning tasks.
• Operate various equipment and tools safely and effectively
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others
• Perform any other yard-related or maintenance related tasks as requested by supervisors or management

Working Conditions:

• This role involves outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
• Must be able to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor.
• Work hours may vary, with potential weekend or holiday work depending on the needs of the organization.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required).
• Previous experience in yard maintenance is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of tools and equipment.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor.
• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Ability to lift 50-75 pounds.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $11.99 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
