WORK DESCRIPTION:
~High-end landscape installation, maintenance, and hardscape work
BASIC REQUIREMENTS TO BE SUCCESSFUL AT THESE POSITIONS:
- Positive attitude and a desire to learn an grow with us
- Available from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday
- Positive attitude, motivated, and team-oriented
- Valid PA Driver's License and own reliable transportation to and from work
- Foreman and Assistant Landscape Foreman must be able to drive 1 ton trucks with trailers
- Plus if you can drive a 5 ton manual transmission trucks with trailers
- Be able to pass a DOT physical
- Available to report to our shop in Gibsonia Monday through Friday (7 am)
- Must love the outdoors
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
- Punctual, reliable, and shows initiative
- Follows and abides by Company Policy and Operations Manual daily during work hours
- High end hardscape & landscape experience is required.
- Capable of being able to read landscape designs and understanding of installation processes.
- This is a leadership position so experience leading and managing a crew is required.
- Weekly trainings to get you the tools you need for success and advancement

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
