Maintenance Tech - Property Management

This role is responsible for helping residents of Blue Frog property management solve day-to-day maintenance issues.

Tasks include:

• Completion of work orders
• General maintenance and repair of apartment residences
• Light plumbing
• Overseeing maintenance projects
• Property inspections
• Vacant units being converted to rent ready units with the appropriate attention to detail
• Grounds maintenance
• Respond to emergency maintenance situations
• Other as assigned

Requirements:

• Previous property maintenance experience
• Must be willing to do maintenance in Fox Valley and surrounding areas
• Light knowledge of electrical, appliance repair, and HVAC a plus
• Must be willing to be on call periodically
• Highly motivated with the ability to work independently
• Results oriented
• Team player willing to go the extra mile to help residents and/or Blue Frog
• It is expected that you will be able to manage your time in a way that allows for 40 hours per week of billable time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
