Key Responsibilities
- Client Onboarding: Collaborate with sales representatives to onboard new clients and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Solution Design: Design and implement custom HubSpot solutions, including workflows, integrations, automations, and reporting structures.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support and guidance to clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless execution of HubSpot solutions.
- Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve client workflows and processes to maximize ROI from HubSpot.
- Knowledge Sharing: Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues across the organization to drive innovation and excellence.
Requirements
- HubSpot Expertise: Proven experience in HubSpot's Marketing, Sales, Service, and Operations Hubs at an enterprise level.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in RESTful APIs, CRM integrations, and iPaaS/middleware tools (e.g., Zapier, Skyvia, Census).
- Communication Skills: Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to tackle challenges and design innovative solutions.
- Certifications: HubSpot certifications are highly preferred.
