We're seeking a Sales Process Strategist to join our team and develop tailored sales processes to drive revenue growth and customer engagement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales strategies, marketing automation, and HubSpot's capabilities, as well as excellent communication and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Process Design: Develop and implement customized sales processes to meet client needs and drive revenue growth.
  • Marketing Automation: Configure and optimize marketing automation workflows within HubSpot to enhance lead generation and conversion.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.
  • Reporting and Dashboards: Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track sales performance, progress, and outcomes.

Requirements

  • Sales Strategy: Proven experience in developing and executing sales strategies.
  • Marketing Automation: Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and workflows.
  • Analytics: Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent ability to communicate complex sales and marketing concepts to diverse stakeholders.
