Blue Gate Capital is a private money lender focused on servicing Real Estate Investors by providing fast and low-cost capital for investment properties and projects. Blue Gate Capital : www.bluegatecap.com. We have raised new Capital, and looking to expand our Sales Team.
Hiring Entry Level Account Sale Associates, position is a 1099 Salesperson, same as a Real Estate Agent or Mortgage Loan Officer. Difference is we have a Proprietary Sales CRM 100s of warm Inbound leads daily. Excellent Phone sales person will thrive and our CRM Ai helps you to stay in communication with all your Clients and Deals.
Main Skill Set Needed
1. Sales: Selling product knowledge, educating the Client on why our loan products are best, and what sets BGC apart. No cold calling, we will provide you with Warm Leads. Clients / Borrowers who have expressed interest in our loan programs and want to learn more. We just need to get in contact with them and share our knowledge.
2. Basic Deal Underwriting: We are an Asset based lender. We look at key project Ratios, and overall deal economics. We also underwrite the borrower: checking experience, credit, and liquidity. We will teach you.
3. Deal Closing: Preparing / working with borrower to get to the closing table.
We are looking for Eager, Dynamic, Clients Service Orientated and should be good with math. This is a very fun and exciting opportunity to be directly handling clients. With our product everyone wins & our borrowers come back 99% of the time and become repeat customers.
