Responsibilities
- Manage shipping and receiving processes for parts and components.
- Procure OEM parts and ensure availability for production needs.
- Conduct data entry tasks related to inventory management and order processing.
- Oversee warehouse operations, including inventory control and organization.
- Collaborate with the procurement management team to optimize supply chain efficiency.
- Assist in demand planning by analyzing inventory levels and forecasting needs.
- Maintain accurate records of parts pricing and availability.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries related to parts orders.
Experience
- Previous experience in shipping and receiving, preferably within a warehouse environment.
- Familiarity with OEM parts and their specifications is a plus.
- Strong skills in data entry with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement management and demand planning.
- Experience with inventory control systems or software is highly desirable.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
