Applicants must be able to work nights and weekends (Saturdays and Sundays), New Year's Eve, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Easter and Thanksgiving.

- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Prepare food for service (e.g. chop vegetables, butcher meats, prepare sauces)
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Clean up station and take care of leftover food according to health and safety standards
- Stock inventory
- Maintain clean and sanitary work areas
- Culinary certification or equivalent experience
- ServSafe certification required
- 2-3 years previous line experience
- Strong knowledge of food preparation and presentation methods, techniques, and quality standards
- Able to anticipate needs of others in the kitchen and proactively work to meet those needs
- Strong attention to detail
- Works well with others
