As a Concierge at Blue Hills Ranch, you will play a pivotal role in creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting guests with their needs and inquiries, and ensuring their stay is seamless and enjoyable from start to finish. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Greeting guests upon arrival and assisting with check-in procedures.
- Providing orientation and information about ranch facilities, activities, and dining options.
- Assisting guests with accommodation arrangements and ensuring their comfort throughout their stay.
- Offering personalized recommendations and making reservations for dining, activities, and special events.
- Coordinating with various departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Anticipating guest needs and going above and beyond to exceed their expectations.
- Gathering feedback from guests and using it to improve services and enhance the guest experience.
- Upholding the highest standards of professionalism, hospitality, and guest satisfaction at all times.
- Calling, emailing, and texting guests and potential guests.
- Organization and processes of the office.
- Must be great at computers and organization.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
