Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide accurate information to callers regarding company services, policies, and procedures
- Transcribe and distribute meeting minutes as needed
- Perform various administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Request medical records using release of information form
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to transcribe accurately and efficiently
- Proficient in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to provide exceptional customer support
- Familiarity with medical office procedures is a plus
