- Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling, and analyzing account information.
- Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
- Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
- Assists in the preparation of the monthly financial statements and supporting footnotes.
- Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
- Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
- Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with remote employees, and outside accountants.
- Bachelor 's Degree in Accounting required.
- 2 years of related experience
- Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation communication skills required.
- Knowledge in Peachtree required.
- Attention to detail, work with a sense of urgency and able to function in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and time management skills.
