At Blue Lake Fine Arts Camp, we seek highly qualified instructional faculty to join our community of artists and educators. As a member of our faculty, you will have the opportunity to teach and perform in a variety of disciplines, including art, piano, harp, theater, creative writing, dance, and music.
">About the Position
- This is a seasonal, part-time position with varying schedules and lengths of employment.
- The salary range for this position is $620-$740 per two-week session, plus room and board.
- Travel to camp is not reimbursed, but those who commute to campus daily are reimbursed mileage.
- A valid work authorization is required for international applicants.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Assist with organization and implementation of the instructional program for majors and minor students.
- Instruct classes in theory, technique, and performance.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to students.
- Maintain a regular presence at evening events and camper performances.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree and extensive teaching experience.
- Mastery of the craft as performance and/or demonstration is a significant aspect of teaching at Blue Lake.
- For all instrumental positions, a recorded audition is required.
- Three positive professional references are required.
