In this position you will oversee a fleet of 40-50 trucks and drivers.
You will be responsible for many auxiliary functions of a full truckload operation including : Safety, Customer Service, Management of dispatch.
Daily tasks include
Oversee all shipments in transit and troubleshoot any challenges that may arise.
Over communicate to account managers and sales any potential issues and offer creative solutions to provide outstanding customer experience.
Work closely with the safety / compliance manager to ensure “SAFETY FIRST '' company culture and report any driver performance issues.
Ability to create and implement SOP to drive needed adjustments in team
Accountable for all shipments documents and supporting communication for accurate customer billing.
Create / develop and Maintain a professional work environment.
Produce weekly reports to the CEO to support fleet revenue, utilization, freight analysis and available capacity.
Daily reporting on accountability of trucks and trailers.
