Job Summary

Duties And Responsibilities
- Oversees the movement of goods and materials from suppliers to customers, ensuring timely and
- Utilize the Transportation Management System (TMS) to route orders, monitor carrier
- Coordinate Customer Pick-Up (CPU) scheduling with carriers and manage load consolidation
- Handle urgent/expedite orders efficiently while minimizing costs.
- Ensure compliance of all new orders with weight and shipment method guidelines.
- Coordinate Less than Truckload (LTL) shipments and collaborate with Inventory and Operations
- Schedule appointments in WMS and work with drop carriers to maintain trailer pool.
- Collaborate with relevant parties to address loads not scheduled by the end of the period and
necessary.
- Address delivery scheduling issues and collaborate with Customer Supply Chain (CSC).
- Maintain SAP records for open orders and ensure all orders are shipped according to schedule,
- Escalate any emerging customer-driven delivery issues to the appropriate customer channels.
- Communicate special shipping requirements and daily yard check updates to carriers.
- Cross-train to support various distribution center functions.
- All other duties as assigned.
- 2 years of management experience in transportation operations.
- Previous experience with transportation management systems (TMS), logistics supply chain
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance requirements.
- Must work and participate effectively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office specifically, Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point.

- Must possess strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain relationships
- Highly self-motivated and self-managed, with excellent prioritization and organization skills.
