About the Role:
As a Security Operations Manager at our Rosemont location, you will be responsible for overseeing the security operations of our organization. You will be expected to develop and implement security policies and procedures, manage security personnel, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. Your primary goal will be to maintain a safe and secure environment for our employees, customers, and assets. You will work closely with other departments to identify and mitigate security risks, and provide guidance and support to ensure the effectiveness of our security measures.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Prior Military or Law Enforcement
- Strong knowledge of security regulations and best practices
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions in high-stress situations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in a related field
- Experience in a similar role within the same industry
Reports to:
Senior Manager of Security
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures
- Manage security personnel and oversee their training and development
- Schedule employees and post their schedules in our scheduling software
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify and mitigate risks
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
- Respond to security incidents and provide guidance and support to resolve them
Skills:
As a Security Operations Manager, you will utilize your strong leadership and communication skills to manage security personnel and collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with regulations. You will also use your knowledge of security best practices to develop and implement policies and procedures, and conduct regular assessments to identify and mitigate risks.
