Starting pay range is from $24.04-$26.44 an hour.

About the Role:

The Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing comprehensive administrative support to the team. This position is responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling travel arrangements, which are essential for maintaining productivity and efficiency. The Administrative Assistant will also be tasked with maintaining accurate records and managing office supplies, contributing to a well-organized work environment. By effectively managing communication through multi-line phone systems and email correspondence, this role serves as a vital link between team members and external stakeholders. Ultimately, the Administrative Assistant's efforts will directly impact the overall success of our operations and enhance the team's ability to meet its goals.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Proven experience in an administrative support role or similar position.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in business administration or a related field.

  • Experience with office management software and tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain calendars for team members, ensuring all appointments and meetings are scheduled efficiently.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation for staff as needed.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls on a multi-line phone system, providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Organize and arrange meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems, ensuring that all documents are easily accessible and up-to-date.
  • Additional tasks as needed.
