Overview
We are actively seeking to fill the role of Bilingual Processing Agent. This role includes managing high volumes of phone calls and processing services with high degrees of efficiency.
This position requires an individual with excellent communication, data-review, data-entry, and problem-solving skills.
SUMMARY DESCRIPTION
I. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS
- Data review and processing with high degrees of efficiency
- Collecting and processing payments through phone calls, utilizing the appropriate software and tools necessary
- Answering questions, communicating with callers in a professional manner
- Complying to all necessary security protocols
- Assisting team, leads, and management with other tasks/projects as needed
II. Qualifications and Requirements
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required:
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or equivalency.
Call center experience is highly preferred, but not required.
Money-handling experience is preferred, but not required.
Valid driver’s license issued within the United States.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read, write, type, and communicate fluently in English and Spanish. Ability to present information and respond to questions to callers.
BACKGROUND CHECK:
All employees are required to submit to fingerprinting background check.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
