Proposal Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Proposal Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the development and submission of proposals that align with our business objectives. This position requires strong project management skills, leadership capabilities, and a keen understanding of process improvement to enhance our proposal processes. The Proposal Specialist will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure that proposals are competitive, comprehensive, and tailored to meet client needs.

Duties

• Analyze RFPs to determine the suitability of Blue Line Solutions' participation.
• Evaluate RFP requirements and tailor content to create dynamic responses that enhance the company’s competitiveness.
• Manage cross-functional inputs, ensuring consistency in voice, clarity, and compliance throughout the proposal.
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality expectations are met.
• Utilize proposal creation software to design customized proposals that are concise, logical, and well-structured.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather content, ensuring all necessary information is incorporated effectively.
• Maintain a library of proposal templates, past submissions, and other relevant content to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Ensure adherence to ethical standards and compliance with all RFP guidelines.

Experience

• Fluent in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong ability to craft persuasive and clear proposals with attention to detail.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to balance multiple projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of related experience, preferably within a professional service firm and involving executive-level interaction.
• Proficiency with proposal management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders effectively.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
