Blue Marble Logistics Leader

As a member of the Blue Marble team, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our company's success. We're seeking a highly motivated Senior E-Commerce Operations Manager to join our operations team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, logistics, and team leadership. You'll be responsible for overseeing the e-commerce operations team, ensuring efficient warehouse relationships, effective team communication, successful product launches, accurate inventory management, and continuous process improvements.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with warehouses, ensuring they meet performance standards, forecast demand, negotiate rates, and improve communication.
• Leverage your leadership skills to cultivate a high-performing team through open communication, collaboration, and coaching.
• Oversee product launches, from coordinating launch timings to creating listing and compliance processes.
• Monitor and manage out-of-stock (OOS) inventory levels to minimize losses.
• Optimize shipping/storage fees and update fee documentation to reduce costs.
• Negotiate Amazon relationships to secure favorable terms and resolve order issues.
• Ensure compliant shipping processes and troubleshoot shipping issues.
• Lead the e-commerce operations team to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in Inventory Placement, Supply Chain, and Logistics.
• 5 years of experience managing teams required.
• Experience working with Amazon 1P and 3P required.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Aptitude for detail.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
• Versatility, flexibility, and willingness to work within changing priorities.
